Questions and answers

Under "what to expect" I purchased option 4 "Aveda Elemental facial and back, neck and shoulder massage and a deluxe manicure AND pedicure". However on receipt of the voucher is states:
"Aveda Elemental 30min facial OR an Aveda relaxing back, neck, shoulder 30min massage with a manicure and a pedicure at Tiffany". I understood the massage was included also? Please can you confirm? I also noticed that the full package which I thought I had purchased was not an option with the online booking.

I'm really sorry for the confusion, but I can confirm Option 4 for this deal is valid for an Aveda Elemental facial OR back, neck and shoulder massage, as well as a deluxe manicure AND pedicure.

If this means your voucher is no longer suitable please email support@itison.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll be happy to arrange a full refund.

Would it be possible to book 2 people in for back massage and pedicure at same time, even if one goes for massage whilst other is getting pedicure then vice versa? Thanks Julie

I'm afraid groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

Option 1 - Tues 9am – 4.30pm, Wed 9am – 6.30pm, Thurs 9am – 4.30pm, Fri 9am – 4pm, Sat 9am – 1pm.

Option 2 – Tues 9am – 4pm, Wed 9am – 6pm, Thurs 9am – 4pm, Fri 9am – 3.30pm, Sat 9am – 12.30noon.

Can upgrade to gel manicure or pedicure for £3 per treatment; payable directly to salon.

Bookings outwith the specified times will be charged extra; please discuss directly with salon.

No wheelchair access available. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.  

Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
