hi there, we are going to elfingrove on fri 13th dec and sooooooooo excited, my question is regarding the silent disco....my son is 3 yrs old and I know under 5s get in free, but would the headphones be suitable for him coz he loves music and happy to pay for him too?!

I can confirm the headsets are only suitable for 5 years and up as they will be too big for his head.

We are visiting elfingrove on the 13/12/19 , tickets for the snow disco for that date are sold out , will there be another release also how can they be sold out if you can only buy tickets in conjunction with your elfingrove tickets?

I'm really sorry the pre-sale Silent Snow Disco tickets for your chosen date have sold out. There will be more tickets available to buy at the Box Office on the night of the event; subject to availability.

If you can only use these tickets in conjuction with main entry tickets how have you sold out? Surely you know how many tickets have been sold for each date? I am coming down from near Peterhead on 13/12 and very disappointed I cannot purchase silent disco tickets to ensure entry

  • Valid in conjunction with Elfingrove tickets only. Your ticket is valid for the day of your Elfingrove ticket, it guarantees you entry to the Silent Snow Disco but there may be short queues. 
  • The Silent Snow Disco is open 4.30pm - 10.30pm daily, and your ticket can be used at any time before or after your allocated Elfingrove ticket time slot. Last entry is 10pm.
  • Advance booking is not required. Entry is on a first come, first served basis. Short queues may be in operation.
  • Ticket is for a single use only; readmission is not permitted once you leave the Disco.
  • Multiple purchases permitted. Max of 10 per person.
  • Maximum time 30 mins inside the Silent Snow Disco.
  • Great for all ages; children are classed as 5 - 15 years, must be over 5 to wear a headset. Under 5s go free. Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Tickets will also be available to purchase on the night from the Silent Snow Disco box office.
  • Standing event.
  • No food or drink permitted in the Disco.
  • The snow fluid used within the Silent Snow Globe is non-toxic, bio-degradable, non-staining and has been dermatologically tested. It is predominately water based and designed to evaporate away to nothing.
  • Fully wheelchair accessible.
  • Tickets can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your ticket on arrival.
  • Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.
  • Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
  • Images used for illustrative purposes only.
