I’m really sorry, but I'm afraid we can’t refund event tickets unless the event is cancelled. If it helps though, I’m happy to let you know these tickets are transferable between people. If you can’t make it to the event yourself, you’re welcome to perhaps give your tickets to a friend or family member to use instead.

I'm afraid there isn't really a set off-sale date, as this is usually based on ticket sales, however these deals do tend to be quite popular, and I can't guarantee the event won't sell out before then.

I'm happy to let you know Fisher's Hotel do run these events regularly, so hopefully you're able to get tickets for a future event if you miss out on this instance.

I can confirm you'll be able to redeem your tickets via phone immediately after purchase. This deal is valid for a standard double or twin room, just let the hotel know what you'd prefer when making your booking.

In the small print it says ‘card details will be required when booking, no payment required’. The money was taken out of my account two days later.

I'm sorry for the confusion, but I can confirm payment will be taken when you buy a ticket from the itison website.

You'll then need to go ahead and make your booking with Fisher's Hotel, and card details will be required when booking your stay, but the hotel won't take any further payment.

Vegetarian, gluten & wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.

Tickets can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your ticket on arrival.
