I can confirm this offer is valid for one child ticket the Santa's Grotto experience, and includes entry for up to 2 parents.

If two children are attending, you would need to purchase two tickets.

You're welcome to bring family members along to Crieff Hydro's Winter Wonderland. However, if they would like to take part in Santa's Grotto experience they will need to buy a ticket.

Wheelchair access available.

You can use your paperless ticket from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.

Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
