Starters

  • Sweetcorn velouté with East Coast Brown crab and shellfish foam
  • Chicken liver parfait with celeriac and beetroot remoulade, radish, apple and quince jelly

Mains

  • Ross Cob chicken with parsnip, wild mushrooms, roasted beetroot and beetroot jus
  • Braised barley risotto with parsnip, roasted root vegetables and beetroot jus

Desserts

  • Tropical fruit sorbet with banana and peanut granola, meringue and cinnamon palmier
  • Selection of cheese with rosemary crostini, shallot and Kumquat marmalade and honey poached pear
