Deans restaurant is the brainchild of renowned chef Willie Deans, who’s won more outstanding awards than you can shake a stick at. Racking up the Auchentoshan Lifetime Achievement Award, Scottish Chef of the Year, and Restaurant Chef of the Year by the Craft Guild of Chefs to name just an amazing few, previous restaurants he graced were awarded titles like AA Restaurant of the Year.
