Small print

• Voucher is valid until Wed 31 Oct 2018, pickups 7 days, 12.30pm - 3pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 30 Mar – 15 Apr, 1 Jul – 30 Aug and 15 – 22 Oct 2018.
• A supplementary charge is required for pickups on the following days: Friday and Saturday £25 and Sun £30; subject to availability.
• Pick up times: 12.30pm - 3pm, times are staggered at 30/45min intervals to allow for handovers. Vehicles must be returned by 10.30am unless otherwise agreed or a late fee of £150 will be applied; payable directly to Todd’s Tourers.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 1 Oct 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Voucher cannot be cancelled and bookings are non-refundable once booking is confirmed. Booking can be modified within 30 days of confirmed date.
• Multiple purchases are not permitted; max of one per person. Max of one voucher per hire. 
• Available vans: Swift 664 (4 berth), Oakmont (4 berth), Swift 686 (6 berth), Rollerteam (6 berth), Swift Escape 686 (6 berth) and Sarasota (6 berth), category C1 required; subject to availability.
• Vans are manual. Approx. 30 miles/gallon. Mileage 100 miles per night allowance, addition miles can be pre booked at 25p per mile or will be charged at 50p per mile on return.
• Van can be upgraded to Autocruise Oakmont 4 Berth for a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to Todd's Tourers.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Todd's Tourers.
• Safe parking is available at your own risk.
• Upon pick-up the van will have a full tank of diesel, you must return the van with a full tank. 
• Pick up location: Geisher Road Industrial Park, Callander; alternatively, railway pick ups/drop offs can be arranged, please discuss direct with Todd's Tourers.
• Children permitted and included in the overall headcount; motorhomes can take 2 child seats, provide your own child seats or hire for £10 per hire per chair; customers must advise on number of children travelling so Todd's Tourers can advise on seat belts. No. of children must not exceed stated spacing.
• Dogs are permitted for supplement charge of £10 per dog; payable directly to Todd's Tourers. Max of 2 dogs. All pet hair and odours must be removed upon return of the motorhome, if not, a cleaning charge may apply.
• Drivers must be aged 23 and over with at least 2 years driving experience and under 75 years old.
• No max number of insured drivers. 1 included. Extras are £20 each. All hires inc comprehensive insurance (1 driver 23+) and breakdown cover. Insurance excess is £1200 which is payable in the event of an accident.
• £500 deposit must be paid by BACS transfer at least 1 day prior to collection or by cash on the day of collection. Credit card details can be left for the £700 balance. Deposit is refundable subject to no damage to the van.
• Todd's Tourers insurers are happy to accept 2 offences up to 3 points, or 1 at 6 points; 6 is the limit to automatic acceptance, anything above this would have to be considered by insurance company and they will apply a supplement charge depending on the severity of the conviction/endorsement.
• Hand towels and soap provided, bedding not included except for the bottom sheet which will be included on the fixed double bed. Additional bedding (double set) can be hired at an additional cost of £25 – must be pre-booked, payable to Todd's Tourers.
• Gas will be charged at £25 per bottle.
• All vans under 3.5t, except Autocruise Oakmont and Autocruise Sarasota which both require C1. licence - test before 1997.
• Insurance cover surcharge applies if you wish to travel in Europe – please discuss directly.
• No wheelchair access. 
• Todd's Tourers may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
