Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Oct 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 22 Dec 2018 – 6 Jan and 14 Feb 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 13 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in from 3pm, check-out until 11am.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: master £40 or family £70; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 – 4 includes a 3 course dinner from the set menu; subject to seasonal change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise at time of booking. Option 3 and 4 dinner is on the first night only.
• Max of 2 children permitted in an upgraded family room; children are classed as ages 4 – 14 years; please discuss directly with hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
