• Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2020 until Thur 30 Apr 2020; subject to availability.
• 1 night stay: valid Sun - Fri; excludes Saturdays. 
• 2 night stay: valid 7 days. 
• Excludes 14 Feb and 10-13 Apr 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 16 Apr 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm – 7pm, check-out 10.30am.
• Options 1 and 2: Small and standard double and twin rooms available.
• Option 3: Junior suite available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: deluxe double £20 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
