Afternoon tea is valid 12:30noon - 4pm.

Please note, there is limited availability on Saturdays.

Overnight option: A supplementary charge of £25 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Includes a festive afternoon tea from a set menu. Menu is subject to change. 

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Options 2 and 3: Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 

Table required back after 2 hours.

Overnight stay: 

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 12noon.

Privilege room available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Max of 1 child under 12 permitted on a BB basis for £15 and a DBB basis for £22 when sharing with adults; payable directly.

Max of 2 pets permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per pet per night; payable direct.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
