• Voucher is valid from Fri 21 Aug 2020 until Tue 29 Dec 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 23 - 26 Dec 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 8 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Option 1: Max 2 per person.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 12noon.
• Stay in a Privilege room.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: feature double room £70 and feature suite £150; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2: Includes a bottle of house wine in the room on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Includes use of the leisure facilities; subject to government guidelines.
• Max of 2 children ages 0-12 years permitted free of charge including breakfast. All other meals will be charges as taken.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to hotel. Please inform hotel at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
