Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Dec 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 12.30pm – 4pm. Mon-Thur only during Dec and Sun – Fri during Jan – Mar 2020; subject to availability.
• Excludes all Saturdays, plus Fridays & Sundays in December and 19 - 31 Dec 2019, 1 Jan, 14 Feb and 22 Mar 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 6 per person.
• Max of 4 vouchers per table.
• Afternoon tea menu only.
• Menu can be viewed here; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Includes tea or coffee each, cannot be substituted for a soft drink.
• Option 2: Includes a glass of Prosecco each; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Option 3: Includes a glass of Champagne each; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back by 5.30pm.
• Includes access to leisure facilities: indoor pool, jacuzzi, plunge pool, sauna and steam room. Access is available between 10am - 4pm with last entry at 3pm.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted. Only the pool is permitted for children within leisure facilities. Under 5 go free and ages 6 and over require a supplementary charge of £5 pp; over 16's only for all other leisure facilities.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption. Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
