Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid 7 days 12.30pm – 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 - 15 Feb and 22 Mar 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 2 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person.
• Max of 3 vouchers per table.
• Afternoon tea only. Menu can be viewed here; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Option 2: Includes 125ml glass of fizz each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back by 5pm.
• Includes access to the leisure facilities; heated indoor pool, gym, sauna, steam room and whirpool bath. Opening hours are Mon - Fri 7am – 9pm, Sat & Sun 7:30am - 9pm.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted. Children are only permitted to use the leisure facilities between 7.30am – 11.30am and 4pm – 7pm.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
