• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Dec 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 - 26, 31 Dec 2019, 1 Jan, 14 Feb and 22 Mar 2020.
• Please note the Spa closes 27th Jan for 6 weeks.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel after 2pm the day before your arrival.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 1: Room only.
• Options 3 & 4: Include 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main from set menu. Menu can be viewed here and is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. A supplementary charge of £8 is required for 8oz sirloin; payable directly to hotel. Option 4 dinner is on the first night only.
• Max of 1 child ages 12 and under permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per child inc breakfast, under 2s stay free, dinner will be charged as taken; payable directly to hotel.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
