• Option 1 (Sunday) voucher is valid from Sun 6 Jan 2019 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, Sun only; subject to availability. Excludes Mondays – Saturdays.
• Option 2 (midweek) voucher is valid from Wed 2 Jan 2019 until Fri 29 Mar 2019, Mon – Fri only; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays and Sundays.
• Option 3 (Saturday) voucher is valid from Sat 5 Jan 2019 until Sat 30 Mar 2019, Sat only; subject to availability. Excludes Sundays – Fridays.
• Option 4 (2 night) voucher is valid from Wed 2 Jan 2019 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Double or twin classic room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: executive room £20 or apartment £45; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes 2 course dinner each choosing a starter and main each from the set menu; menu is subject to change. 2 night stay option dinner is on the first night only.
• Bottle of wine in room on arrival, choose between red, white and rosé; please advise hotel when booking.
• Parking available onsite; limited parking charged at £7 for 24 hours.
• Max of 2 children under 12 years are permitted; first child free of charge, second child £20 per room supplement when sharing with adults; payable directly to hotel.
• Children may use the swimming pool from Mon – Fri, 6.30am - 9.30pm & Sat - Sun, 8am - 8pm. Children under 16 are not permitted to use the gym facilities.
• Max of 1 small dog is permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per dog; payable directly to hotel.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
