Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Dec until Mon 1 Apr 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 18 Dec 2018 - 4 Jan 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Mar 2019  (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. 
• Double and twin standard rooms available.
• Kingaven apartment (sleeps up to 4): one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living area.
• Barone and Glenmore apartment (sleeps 3 – 5):one bedroom with a double bed and one additional single bed; sleeps 5 using the sofa bed in the living area.
• Glencallum apartment (sleeps 5 - 7): two bedrooms, one has a double bed with an additional single bed and a large second bedroom with 2 single beds; can sleep 7 using the sofa bed in the living area.
• Stay can be extended by a night from £50, subject to availablilty; please discuss with and pay directly with Ardencraig House.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Electricity is payable by meter; payable directly to Ardencraig House.
• Children permitted and included in the overall headcount; any infants may stay in addition to the apartment's bed allocation (cots can be provided free of charge).
• Pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per stay; max of 2 pets. Please note pets should never be left unattended in the apartment.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
