• Voucher is valid until Sun 27 Nov 2016, Thur – Sun; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mon – Wed, 11 & 12 Nov 2016.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 10 Nov 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Option 2: members must arrive on Thur, Fri or Sat only.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on multiple nights.
• Check in 2pm, check out 11am.
• Executive double or twin room available.
• Upgrade to a Superior room for an additional £20 per room per night - discuss directly with Keavil House Hotel at time of booking.
• Sample menu can be viewed here; subject to change.
• Steak dishes are an additional £5pp.
• Vegetarian options are available. Gluten and wheat free options can be catered for, please advise hotel when booking.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Children are welcome however can only be accommodated in an executive family room (no additional charge); subject to availability. If a cot is required, please request at time of booking. Max of 2 children per room, max number of children cots/cribs per room is 1. Children 2 - 15 years old will be charged an additional £14 for a one night stay (includes 3 course dinner and breakfast) and £18 for a two night stay (includes 3 course dinner and breakfast each morning).
• Sorry, no pets permitted. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
