• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Sat 30 Apr 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24, 25, 31 Dec 2021, 1-2 Jan, 14 Feb and 15-18, 23 Apr 2022.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 11 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Early check-in 1pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Includes a 175ml glass of red, white or rose wine in the Whisky Bar on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Includes a £35pp dinner spend valid against any menu on the first night. Menus are subject to change. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Double or twin Kingsclub retreat or cocoon room available; subject to availability.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes fluffy bathrobes and slippers plus access to the leisure facilities with heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and gym. Please note, these may be closed due to Covid-19.
• Free onsite parking available.

• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
