Voucher is valid from Fri 28 Jun 2019 until Mon 30 Sept 2019, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 4 - 5, 8, 11 - 12 and 23 - 25 Aug 2019.

A supplementary charge per room per night of £30 is required for Friday stays and £50 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 9 Sept 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.

Classic double or king room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to an Executive twin or double room for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as up to 12 years and are permitted in an upgraded classic family room at £10 per child per night; payable directly to hotel.  Meals charged as taken.

Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel.

3 course set menu only; subject to weekly change. Dinner is included on the first night only.

A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: smoked salmon - £2.95, duck and lamb - £4.95, sirloin and ribeye - £9.95, cheese platter - £3.50; payable directly to restaurant.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco in the room upon arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Option 3 includes choice of Elemis Couture Touch treatment, Superfood Pro Radiance Facial or Elemis Biotec Facial. Please arrange spa appointment at the time of booking. Over 16s only.

Groups can be booked and receive spa treatments at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability. Can also offer group bookings for evenings.

Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.

Treatment is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.  Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
