Small print

• Sept 2019 option: valid from Sun 1 Sept 2019 until Mon 30 Sept 2019. Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Sept 2019.
• Oct - Dec 2019 option: valid from Tue 1 Oct 2019 until Sat 21 Dec 2019. Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Dec 2019. 
• Sept – Dec 2019 option: valid from Sun 1 Sept 2019 until Sat 21 Dec 2019. Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Dec 2019.
• Jan – Mar 2020 option: valid from Fri 3 Jan 2020 until Thur 26 Mar 2020. Voucher must be booked by Thur 12 Mar 2020.
• All vouchers are valid for 7 days throughout validity period; subject to availability.
• Advance booking is required (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Friday stays and £50 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Classic double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to an executive room for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Cream tea options include 125ml glass of Prosecco each.
• Dinner options include 3 courses from tabled’hote menu; subject to change. Supplementary charges apply for the following dishes: smoked salmon - £2.95, duck and lamb - £4.95, sirloin - £10.95 and ribeye - £9.95; subject to change and payable directly to hotel. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. 2 night stays: dinner is on the first night only.
• Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as up to 12 years and are permitted in an upgraded classic family room at £10 per child per night; payable directly to hotel.  Meals charged as taken.
• Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
