• Voucher is valid until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24-26, 31 Dec 2019 and 1 Jan 2020.
• A supplementary charge is required between 1 Sep - 5 Oct; Fri stays - £40, Sat stays - £60 and then from 6 Oct - 31 Mar; Fri stays - £10, Sat stays - £30; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Classic double or twin room available. 
• Rooms can be upgraded to an executive room for £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 3 & 5: includes a 25min spa treatment each choosing from: Elemis superfood pro-radiance, Elemis freestyle deep tissue massage, Elemis deeper than deep hot stone massage, Elemis intensely cleansing salt scrub or Elemis best foot forward treatment. Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 8 per group; subject to availability. Over 16s only to receive treatment. Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers & those in remission. Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Options 2, 3, 4 & 5: includes a bottle of Prosecco and a £25 dinner allowance each for Rafters Bar & Bistro or Garden Restaurant; menus are subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking. Options 4 & 5: Dinner is on the first night only.

• Max of 2 children permitted; children aged up to 12 stay free of charge including breakfast. Dinner is charged as taken; payable directly to the hotel.
• Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £10; payable directly to hotel.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
