• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Nov 2017 until Wed 28 Feb 2018; valid Sun - Thur until 17th Dec and 7 days from 18 Dec 2017 - 28 Feb 2018; subject to availability.
• Excludes 25, 31 Dec 2017 and 10, 14, 17 Feb 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per room is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel and subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Classic double or twin room. 
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss with the hotel at time of booking.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Dinner is 3 courses from the table d’hote menu; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Free onsite parking.
• Leisure access included.
• Max 2 children under 12 permitted. Upgrade to a family room required for a supplement of £25 per room per night. Meals charged as taken.
• Sorry, no pets permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
