• Voucher is valid from Fri 31 Jan 2020 until Wed 8 Apr 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 Feb 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £30 is required per room per night for Saturdays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Apr 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.  
• Double or twin classic room available. 
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: executive room £10 or feature room £25; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2: Includes a 3 course dinner from set menu. Menu can be viewed here; subject to change. Vegetarian options are available.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco each; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Use of leisure facilities included.
• Max of 1 child ages 12 and under permitted and stay free in a classic room when sharing with 2 adults; includes breakfast.
• Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
