• Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Oct 2022 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24-26 & 30-31 Dec 2022 & 1 Jan 2023.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday stays and £30 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Stay in a deluxe double or twin room OR a super deluxe suite.
• Rooms can be upgraded and stay extended for a supplementary to be discussed with and paid directly to the hotel.
• Dinner options: Includes a 2 course dinner from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 2 night stay: Dinner is on one night only.
• Max of 1 child permitted free of charge if sharing with 2 adults; children are classed as ages 3-12yrs. Max of 1 additional infant under 2yrs old permitted; travel cot can be provided. Please advise hotel at time of booking.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available. Please discuss with the hotel at time of booking.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
