• Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 8, 14 and 15 Feb 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Options 1, 2 and 4: Deluxe double room available.
• Option 3: Super deluxe double suite available.
• Rooms can be upgraded and stays can be extended for a supplementary charge per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Options 2 - 4: 3 course dinner from set menu only; subject to change. Option 4: Dinner is on the first night only. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Options 1, 3 & 4: Includes a bottle of Prosecco. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 1 child permitted free of charge if sharing with 2 adults; children are classed as ages 3-12yrs. Max of 1 additional infant under 2yrs old permitted; travel cot can be provided. Please advise hotel at time of booking.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available, please discuss directly with hotel.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
