• Option 1 is valid from Tue 2 Jan 2018 until Wed 28 Feb 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Option 2 & 3 voucher is valid from Tue 2 Jan 2018 until Thur 29 Mar 2018, 7 days: subject to availability.
• Excludes 10, 14, 17 Feb 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Option 1 must be booked by Thur 15 Feb 2018 and option 2 & 3 must be booked by Thur 8 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in from 3pm, late check-out until 12 noon.
• Classic king double or twin room.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge, subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 and 3 includes 3 course dinner in One Under Gastropub or £25 per person allowance to spend on the menu in Rocca; please note: Rocca is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Menus are subject to change.
• We recommend dinner reservations are made in advance.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available; please advise at time of booking.
• Limited parking is available on a first come first served basis.
• Max of 1 child permitted: Children up to 12 years stay free when sharing with two adults; a supplementary charge of £10 is required for breakfast; payable directly to hotel. Travel cots can be provided on request; max 1 cot per room.
• Families of 2 adults and 2 children can upgrade to a feature twin room at a supplement of £75 per room per night; subject to availability and payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
