Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 28 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 3 per person.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard and superior double or twin rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a suite or apartment for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss with and pay directly to the hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 & 3: Includes a £20 per person dinner spend, valid on anything on all food and drink on the menu. Menu can be viewed here; subject to change. Option 3 includes dinner spend on the first night only. Vegetarian, vegan gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Table required back after 2 hours.
• Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as ages 0 -12yrs. Under 2's go free with no inclusions and 2-12 are £15 per child and includes breakfast.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
