• Option 1: Voucher is valid from Sun 15 Sep 2019 until Sun 26 Jan 2020, Sun only; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mon – Sat.
• Option 2: Voucher is valid from Mon 9 Sep 2019 until Fri 31 Jan 2020, Mon - Sat; subject to availability.
• Options 3 - 5: Voucher is valid Mon 9 Sep 2019 until Fri 31 Jan 2020, 7 days; subject to availability
• Excludes Sundays and 1, 12, 19 Oct, 1, 13 Nov, 4, 7, 12, 24 - 25, 31 Dec 2019, 31 Jan 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 4 per person. 
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Options 1 & 2: Classic double or twin room available.
• Option 3 & 5: Executive double or twin room available.
• Option 4: Junior suite or feature double room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 3 – 5: Includes a £35pp dinner allowance from the Brasserie menu available here; subject to change. Max of 2 vouchers per table. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Option 5 is for dinner on the first night only. Includes a bottle of Prosecco in room on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

• Includes access to leisure facilities: swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room.
• Max of 2 children permitted when sharing with adults; families can be accommodated in an Executive room only for a supplement of £20 per room; subject to availability. Children aged under 11 stay free including breakfast; children from 12 to 17 years will be charged £15 per child including breakfast.
• No pets permitted; guide dogs only.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
