• Sep - Oct stay:
• Voucher is valid from Sat 7 Sep 2019 until Thur 31 Oct 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 13 - 14, 16 - 19, 24 - 26 Sep, 3 - 4, 11 Oct 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 14 Oct 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Nov stay: 
• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Mon 25 Nov 2019, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 7, 9, 19, 23 Nov 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 11 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• A supplementary charge of £15 per room per night is required for Friday night stays and £30 for Saturday night stays; payable directly to hotel.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Double or twin standard or superior room available; subject to availability. Please note limited availability of superior rooms across validity period.
• Room can be upgraded for a supplementary charge of £20 subject to availability; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.

• Includes free wi-fi and full use of pool and leisure facilities.
• Leisure facilities opening hours: Mon - Thurs 6.30am - 10pm, Fri 6.30am to 8pm, Sat 8am - 1pm. Closed on Sundays. Iinclude access to the premier Sports Direct fitness and wellness club featuring a 15-metre pool and a sauna.
• Option 3: includes 3 course dinner from the Seasonal Menu in The Grahamston Kitchen; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel at time of booking. A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: scallops - £8, steak frites - £12, cheese selection - £5; payable directly to restaurant.
• Parking available off site £15 for 24 hours with 1 trip in/out; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 1 child permitted; under 5’s stay and eat free when sharing a room with parents. A supplementary charge of £15 per night is required for roll-away beds for children aged 5-12 paying for meals as taken; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
