• Voucher is valid from Fri 9 Jun 2017 until Sat 30 Sept 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 17, 23 - 24 Jun and 1 – 31 Aug 2017.
• Weekends availability is limited; please book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Please note a supplementary charge of £30 per night is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Sept 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. 
• Double standard rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to for a supplementary charge per night: deluxe room £40, junior suite £80 or suite £140; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 includes two course dinner; choose a starter and main course each; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian option available. Please discuss any allergy information at time of booking.
• Free onsite parking.
• Children permitted; under 2’s stay free, ages 3-12 require a supplementary charge of £35 for an extra bed and breakfast; payable directly to hotel; please discuss max children directly with hotel.
• Pets are permitted in bedrooms, but not public areas.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
