Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 16 May 2022 until Mon 31 Oct 2022; 7 days 12noon – 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24-26 Dec and 31st -2nd Jan
• A supplementary charge of £5pp is required for Saturday and Sunday visits.
• Voucher must be booked 72hrs in advance and by Fri 14 Oct 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 6 people per table.
• Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advance booking required. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption. Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
