• Voucher is valid from Wed 3 Jan 2018 until Sat 31 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 Feb and 11 Mar 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per room is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 5 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Bookings can be placed with the hotel from Wed 3 Jan 2018.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.  
• Double standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: refurbished garden view £10, loch view £20, deluxe double £30 or principle room £50; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes £30 per person dinner allowance towards the à la carte menu; subject to change. Option 2 dinner is on one night only.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Children ages 12 and under stay free in an upgraded garden view room (supplement of £19 per night) and paying for all meals as taken; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per stay; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
