• Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, valid Sun - Thu; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Fri - Sat and 14 Feb 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10.30am.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a deluxe room for a supplementary charge of £20 per person per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max 1 child permitted; ages 4 and under  - free of charge; ages 5-10 years - £15 per child per night; ages 11- 15 years - £40 per child per night. Includes breakfast; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access not available.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
