Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Sept 2019 until Fri 31 Jan 2020, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 29 Dec 2019 – 5 Jan 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £10 per weekend is required for Fridays and Saturdays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 2 Jan 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Pods sleep up to four in one double and two single raised beds.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Linwater Caravan Park.
• Electricity is provided and included in the cost.
• Bedding is not included; sleeping bags must be brought or hired; please discuss directly with Linwater Caravan Park. Members must bring all other camping equipment.
• Each unit has a kettle, a heater and a small fridge plus an outside patio area with picnic table. Please note all cooking must be outdoors as cabins are made of wood.
• Children permitted and included in the overall headcount.
• Max of 2 dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £2.50 per dog per night, and must sleep on the floor; payable directly to Linwater Caravan Park.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
