• Stay with afternoon tea options: Voucher is valid from Sun 3 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, Sun - Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Fri & Sat.
• Stay with dinner options: Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability. Supplementary charge of £200 per lodge per night for Fridays and Saturdays. 
• Excludes 23 – 26, 31 Dec 2019, 1 Jan 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 9 Mar 2020 (we don't want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10.30am.
• Dinner options include 2 course dinner each for the first night only within the Clubhouse Restaurant. Vegetarian, vegan, dairy and gluten free options available.
• Please note breakfast is not included; breakfast can be added for a supplementary charge of £16 per person; please discuss directly with Archerfield.
• Max 6 adults per lodge.
• Lodges have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite), open plan kitchen/living/dining space and balcony.
• Bedrooms can be made up as doubles, twins or singles; please discuss at time of booking.
• Z-bed for children up to 12 years available for a supplement of £25 per bed; max of three Z-beds/children per lodge. Cots available on request free of charge or members can also bring their own cot.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Archerfield.
• Lodge can be upgraded to a 4 bedroom lodge for a supplementary charge per night; please discuss directly with Archerfield.
• All gas, electricity, towels, linens included.
• Max of 2 pets permitted at a supplementary charge of £45 per pet per stay; payable directly to Archerfield.
• Free onsite parking available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
