• Option 1 voucher is valid from Sat 1 Jun 2019 until Thur 31 Oct 2019, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Option 2 voucher is valid from Mon 3 Jun 2019 until Wed 30 Oct 2019, Mon - Wed arrivals only; subject to availability.
• Option 3 voucher is valid from Thur 6 Jun 2019 until Sun 27 Oct 2019, Thur - Sun arrivals only; subject to availability.
• Option 4 voucher is valid from Mon 3 Jun 2019 until Tue 29 Oct 2019, Mon - Tue arrivals only; subject to availability.
• Option 5 voucher is valid from Thur 6 Jun 2019 until Sun 27 Oct 2019, Thur - Sun arrivals only; subject to availability.
• Excludes 21 – 23 Jun & 16 - 18 Aug 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 10 Oct 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10am.
• 2 bedrooms per lodge with en-suite facilities and full self-catering facilities; super king size or twin rooms available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Dalriada Luxury Lodges.
• Please note a pre-authorisation deposit of £275 is required against your credit/debit card to cover costs such as damages, losses or excessive final cleaning if this is required. This will only be debited with actual costs incurred up to a maximum of the pre-authorisation amount and you will be emailed with an itemised list of any charges made. Any costs incurred over and above the pre-authorised deposit will be advised and must be settled immediately.
• Includes a round of golf for four at Stonehaven golf course with full use of the club facilities. Note this is unavailable before 2pm on Saturdays.
• Children permitted and included in the overall headcount.
• Max of 2 well behaved pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to Dalriada Luxury Lodges. All pets must be kept under control and should not left in lodges on their own. Any damage and additional cleaning must be paid for. No pets are allowed in the bedrooms or on furniture.
• Limited wheelchair access available; please discuss with venue at time of booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
