• Voucher is valid from Sun 30 Sept 2018 until Sun 30 Dec 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 1,2 6,11, 13-19, 26, 27, 30 & 31 Oct, 1, 3, 8, 26 & 27 Nov, 1 & 31 Dec.
• A supplementary charge of £40 is required per room per night for Fridays and Saturdays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Sun 9 Dec 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only. Please note phone bookings will not be accepted.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 4 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon. 
• King or double-double (2x double beds) Fairmont View room available; subject to availability. Rooms have golf course and partial sea views.
• Please note room preferences can be requested at time of booking but cannot be guaranteed.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a deluxe room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; subject to availability. Please request at time of booking.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 includes a £28.50 dinner allowance per person towards food in La Cucina; menus can be viewed here, subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat, dairy free and halal options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• St Andrew's Bar & Grill is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays during winter.
• Free parking available; valet parking is available on arrival for a supplement.
• Max of 2 children permitted; ages 5 and under stay free, ages 6 – 18 years require a supplementary charge of £36 per child per night including breakfast or £6 per child per night for a double double room if no extra beds are required; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £50 per dog per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available. Fairmont View accessible rooms available on request and subject to availability; please advise at the time of booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
