Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 20 Mar 2018 until Wed 13 Jun 2018, Tue, Wed & Fri 10am – 5pm, Thur 10am – 8pm and Sat 10am – 3.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays and Mondays and 17 March 2018.
• Please note limited availability on Thursday evenings and Saturdays; a supplementary charge of £10 per person is required for Saturday bookings; payable directly to salon.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Jun 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases are not permitted. 
• Suitable for all ages; under 16’s must have parents’ permission.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 people per group can receive treatment in the same room; subject to availability. Please discuss directly when booking.
• Please note option 2 treatments will be carried out in a double treatment room, unless separate rooms are requested at time of booking.
• Treatments are suitable after 20 weeks of pregnancy and while breastfeeding and suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission with a doctor’s note.
• All serious health conditions must have a doctor’s note before any treatment can be carried out; please discuss directly when booking.
• Please note the therapist has the right to refuse any treatment if you have health issues which may interfere; please discuss directly with Ingliston Country Club.
• Duration: all treatments are 30 mins approx. in duration except for Indian head massage which is 45mins approx. 
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Please note that there are no further spa facilities. 
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
