• Voucher is valid from Mon 8 Jan 2018 until Thur 29 Mar 2018, Sun - Thur, spa hours 9am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fridays and Saturdays
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 2 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.  
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.
• Facial is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding; massage is not suitable.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa.
• Duration: approx. 50 mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes access to leisure facilities: Kohler water spa facilities, 20 meter relaxation pool with waterfall, thermal suite, rooftop hot tub, relaxation lounge, changing rooms with lockers and steam room, use of plush robes and sandals plus 20 meter lap pool and hot tub, fitness suite and leisure centre lounge.
• Kohler water spa is suitable for over 16’s only; under 16’s may use the swimming pool in the leisure center between 10am and 5pm when accompanied by an adult.
• Includes 2 course lunch. Menu subject to change; more information available from the hotel.
• Overnight stay:
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 2 per person.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Eden view queen room, Eden parkland king room or Eden parkland king/twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 2 children permitted; ages 3 – 15 years can be accommodated in an Old Course suite for a supplementary charge of £45 per child including breakfast; Old Course suites include a sofa bed; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
