• Voucher is valid from Tue 17 Mar 2020 until Mon 31 Aug 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Email bookings only.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 Aug 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Collection double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 1: Room only.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes breakfast.
• Children are permitted; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Pets are permitted; please discuss directly with hotel.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
