• Voucher is valid from Tue 11 Feb 2020 until Sun 22 Nov 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel after 2pm on the day of arrival.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon; the option to check-in early instead of check-out late is available; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Standard double double room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: premium double double £20; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes access to leisure facilities; please note last entry to the Health & Leisure Club is one hour before closing. Children are permitted to use leisure facilities; under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult. Children are not permitted to use the gym or Jacuzzi. Pool opening hours for under 16s: Mon - Thur, 7am - 7.30pm, Fri - Sun, no restrictions. Please note, leisure facilities may be closed due to Covid-19; please discuss directly with hotel.

• Wheelchair access available in hotel; no wheelchair access available in leisure facilities.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
