Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Thu 30 Dec 2021, 7 days subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 Dec 2020 - 25 Apr  and 24-26 Dec 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Early check-in 12noon, late check-out 12noon.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded and stay extended for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Please note breakfast with be served following the current Government guidelines.
• No children permitted.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night plus a £10 deposit per stay; payable directly to hotel. Please note pet owners are responsible for their animals at all times and the hotel reserve the right to make a charge for any damage caused.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
