• Overnight stay: Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Sun 30 May 2021, Thur - Sun; subject to availability. Excludes Mon - Wed.
• Saturday stay: Voucher is valid from Sat 3 Oct 2020 until Sat 29 May 2021,  Saturday only; subject to availability. Excludes Sun - Fri.
• Excludes 21 Dec 2020 - 31 Jan 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded and stay extended for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel. 
• Includes a 3 course dinner each from a set menu; subject to change.
• Saturday stay: Includes a Sunday carvery lunch from a set menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Free parking available.
• Children ages 0-17 years are permitted and included in the overall headcount; max 2 people per room.
• No pets permitted.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
