Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Tue 30 Nov 2021, valid 7 days 2pm – 4pm; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £5 is required per voucher for Saturdays and Sundays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 16 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Afternoon tea only. Menu can be viewed here; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Options 2 & 4: Includes a glass of fizz each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
