• Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days, 2pm - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Spa access is available: 7 days, 6am - 10pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 - 15 Feb and 22 Mar 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases are permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Group bookings are permitted; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Includes a set itison exclusive afternoon tea menu with tea or coffee; menu is subject to change. Includes a selection of sandwiches plus plain or fruit scones.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Option 2 includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Spa access to be used on the same date as your afternoon tea. 
• Please note members must sign in at the leisure desk and fill out PARQ form before accessing leisure facilities.
• Leisure facilities include access to the pool, gym, sauna and steam room; children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the swimming pool and are allowed in the pool until 7pm; towels are not provided.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption.  Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
