Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Sept 2018 until Fri 14 Dec 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday sailings; payable directly to DFDS.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 1 Oct 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• Once booked with DFDS, bookings are non-changeable or refundable; failure to arrive for schedule sailing will also result in forfeiture of your voucher.
• Bookings on the day of travel or at port will not be accepted.
• DFDS confirmation must be printed for travelling; please bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• 2 or 4 berth inside cabin available. Members can upgrade based on availability, please discuss at time of booking.
• Children permitted and included in the total cabin capacity. Children ages 0 - 3 travel free (no separate bed provided). Children aged 4+ are classed as adults.
• Duration: 2 nights.
• Departing from Newcastle: check in opens at 2.30pm and closes 4.15pm, boarding opens at 3pm and closes at 4.30pm, leaving at 5pm.
• Departing from Amsterdam: check in opens at 2.30pm and closes 4.45pm, boarding opens at 3.30pm and leaves at 5.30pm. 
• Departure times subject to change as dependent on weather conditions. 
• Charged parking available at the ferry terminal; payable to Port of Tyne.
• Includes coach transfers from Amsterdam port to Amsterdam City.
• No pets permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
