• Voucher is valid from Mon 13 Feb 2022 to Mon 14 Feb 2022; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes all other dates.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 11 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2.30pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 2 children under 12yrs permitted; requires upgrade to a family room for £50 per night. Please discuss and pay directly with hotel.
• No pets permitted except guide dogs.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
