Option 1: voucher is valid from Wed 3 Jul 2019 until Sat 28 Sept 2019; Tue - Sat only; subject to availability. Excludes Sundays and Mondays.

Option 2: voucher is valid from Wed 3 Jul 2019 until Fri 27 Sept 2019; Tue - Fri only; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays - Mondays.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Aug 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

A supplementary charge of £29 is requried per room per night for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am.

Double or twin loch view standard room available. Limited availability of twin rooms.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; from £29prpn for a suite; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Complimentary pickup and drop-off available from Stirling station upon request.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available; please state at time of booking if accessible room is required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
