• Voucher is valid from Wed 3 Nov 2021 until Mon 28 Feb 2022, Fri - Mon; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Tue - Thu, 13 Dec 2021 - 12 Jan and 14 Feb 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 7 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am. 
• Standard double/twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: superior - from £29, dog friendly - from £30, suite - £35; payable directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Includes a full Scottish breakfast each morning. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• No children permitted.
• Max of 1 dog permitted. Requires an upgrade to a dog friendly room; payable directly.
• Wheelchair access available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
