Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Jan 2022 until Wed 31 Aug 2022, Sun - Fri 12noon, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm or 8pm and Sat 10am, 12noon, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm or 8pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 31 May 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only. A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given to alter the date or time of your booking.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 16+. Under 18s do not need to be accompanied by an adult.
• Duration approx. 1hr 30min.
• Max of 8 people per group.
• Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes before your booking.
• Members are permitted to bring their own alcohol including beer, wine and ciders for over 18s. Please note, no spirits are permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
